Who this is for
This is our most complete package, for the mother who wants one familiar face with her from week 34 through postpartum rather than a different team at every stage. It opens with a prenatal home visit to build your birth plan, discuss your options and preferences, and prepare calmly.
Then your midwife accompanies you through active labor with continuous support until birth, supports and guides your partner, applies your birth plan as far as possible in line with your health and the safety of you and your baby, and supports skin-to-skin contact and the start of breastfeeding afterwards.
It closes with a postpartum home visit to check on your recovery, support breastfeeding, and assess your health and your baby's. In suitable cases, by prior agreement and within approved policies, the service can include the midwife performing the delivery.
