About 14 days. The insole goes through precise stages: the home 3D scan, design with AI analysis, review and approval by a foot-and-ankle specialist, manufacturing in France with high-quality materials, shipping to Saudi Arabia, then a final quality check before delivery.

Yes — you can move it between shoes as long as they are similar in size and internal design and have enough room. For the best performance use it in closed shoes such as athletic, walking or medical shoes, and make sure it sits properly inside without bending or shifting.

It depends on usage, weight and daily activity, and with proper care it lasts a long time while keeping its performance. For your peace of mind we offer a full 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects and a 3-month comfort guarantee, during which we make any adjustments needed for the best fit and performance.
